Independent business B.O.B Affordable Luxury Hairdressing in Bracknell has been named one of the country’s most outstanding salons after securing a finalist place in HJ’s British Hairdressing Business Awards 2019.
Capturing the attention of a host of industry judges with its all-round brilliance, B.O.B Affordable Luxury Hairdressing is one of just six companies in the UK now in reach of winning Salon of the Year 2, sponsored by L’Oréal Professionnel. The category celebrates a single independent venture with an annual turnover of less than £350,000 that is excelling in all aspects of business.
Showing strength across the board, B.O.B Affordable Luxury Hairdressing stood out for its proven business growth, customer care and marketing strategy, as well as its understanding of how to deal with complaints. Further setting them apart was the salon’s training policy, and their eye for assessing performance and making improvements.
